A TikToker claimed that he was fired after he "spread the truth about pig feed."

TikToker @gmfmusik, calling itself Kash Moore, has shared a series of videos since June and has been viewed millions of times; after TikToker @puppospraxis shared them on Monday, they became popular again. In the video, Moore said that food waste that is made into pig feed usually includes garbage, and he hinted that materials such as plastic and paper are used to feed pigs.

"All these foods are waste from different companies, bakeries, and biscuit shops," he said in his first video released in June.

In a follow-up video two days later, he showed more food waste, including plastic and paper, apparently to become animal feed.

Within a day, he said he was fired.

"They fired me today for spreading the truth," Moore wrote in the title of another video.

"Plastic and everything, it doesn't even matter," he said, as the camera spans the entire installation, showing how the waste enters the industrial grinder, is cooked and discharged as grain. The video has been viewed more than 22 million times.

Throughout his page, he insists that waste is made into pig feed and will eventually enter pork. He also asserted that they did try to sort out the plastic by passing the feed through the shaker-but reiterated the key word: try.

Around the time he was fired, he launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe to "support exposure." So far, it has raised more than $600 of the $1,000. The fundraiser did not explain how the funds will be used and how they can support risk exposure. Daily Dot has contacted Moore and will update the report if he responds.

His video was supported by many people, including TikToker @puppospraxis, who wrote "Big AG feeds plastic to pigs".
