Dozens Of New Hampshire Students Win Invention Awards | Nashua, NH Patch

DURHAM, NH — Eighty-one young inventors were honored with awards at the 36th Northern New England Invention Convention.

The Northern New England Invention Convention, which is run by the Young Inventors' Program at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, hosted 130 students in a hybrid event with 40 volunteers from various academic and STEM professional fields supported the competition as judges. Here is how the students fared.

The winners will head to the Invention Convention U.S. Nationals from June 1, to June 3, at The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan.

Most Complex: Joshua Youn, Happy Birthday Ding Dong, Bedford.

Most Original: Chloe Jennerjohn and Lilianna Lewis, Rube Goldberg "Dog Feeder," Bedford.

Best Team Effort: Olivia Skouteris and Young Inventor, Strike, Bedford.

Best in Grade: Graciela Ferguson, Feed the Kitty, Barrington.

Most Complex: Elora Porter, Bunny Feeder, Hooksett.

Most Original: Kade Harris, The Dance Party Machine, Bedford.
